A studio is a way of working.
Tenir develops its own companies. We fund the first questions with our own effort, build the product ourselves, and stay responsible for it after launch.
How an idea earns more time.
Find
Identify an operational problem or underserved group.
Understand
Study the existing workflow, user and market.
Build
Create a real product quickly.
Release
Put it in front of real users.
Measure
Study behaviour, outcomes and willingness to pay.
Decide
Scale, maintain, license, separate, sell—or stop.
Find
We look at operational work most software ignores—shift floors, back offices, small teams carrying processes in their heads. A problem qualifies when someone is already paying for it in time, money or error.
Understand
Before architecture, we study the workflow as it actually runs, including the workarounds. We talk to the people doing the job and map where the existing tools stop being honest.
Build
We build a real product, not a deck. Modern engineering and AI leverage let a small team reach a working release quickly, with the security and structure a real user deserves.
Release
Software that has not met a user has not been tested. We put releases in front of real operators early and accept the discomfort of the first honest reaction.
Measure
We study behaviour, retention, outcomes and willingness to pay. Enthusiasm is not evidence, and neither is a compliment.
Decide
Scale, maintain, license, separate, sell—or stop. Stopping is a legitimate outcome and we would rather do it early than defend a bet out of pride.
We do not believe every good idea deserves a company.

A test can earn a product.
A product can earn a company.
A company has to keep earning its future.
